UX consulting for public entrepreneurship program
Project type
The objective of this project was to accurately define the service model for a new public entrepreneurship program launched by the DFB, in order to subsequently implement it appropriately.
Within this framework, Brand Creatiers proposed carrying out various discovery and definition phases aimed at obtaining quality information and generating a consistent, shared vision of the project among the different stakeholders involved.
The project was conducted from an inclusive and social design perspective, using Design Thinking methodologies created ad hoc by Brand Creatiers.

Among other processes, the following were undertaken: Persona Technique, aimed at defining user archetypes / Personal interviews / Benchmarking analysis / Experience maps, which, in a sequential diagram, map the experience across different stages and touchpoints between the service and the user / Value proposition, to define how the service addresses the users' needs, expectations, and concerns.
