Coolay, brand identity + omnichannel service design

Cooaly was born as a brand aimed at offering high-value telecom services and products to foreign tourists visiting the Balearic Islands. Its main line of business consisted of a portable WiFi device rental service with high connectivity. 

As a strategic and visual design partner, Brand Creatiers was responsible for, among other processes, the following: benchmarking analysis in terms of marketing and service /  creation of the brand’s visual and conceptual identity / advising on the process of registering as a community trademark /  designing the MiFi device rental service, which included a digital rental platform along with physical pickup and return points / designing various elements of the brand universe, such as packaging, SIM cards, displays, POS materials, signage, and more.
